Squeaky 2013 4x4 solved

    I had looked and had dealer look for cause of a squeak for months. Finally the dealer found the cause. Not in suspension ... but the hood was mis-adjusted ... once they adjusted the rubber spacers and latch ... no more squeak!!!
    Hope this helps someone else if they have the same problem:):rolleyes:

    Could you explain the squeak? Most people's squeaks come from the rear leaves.

    Probably the rubber adjustments you can find on the underside of the hood. Most often, American makers have them on the top of the radiator support. They are for stabilizing the hood corners, since the hood mostly rides on the latch that holds it down. They are near the front corners of the hood. If his were making contact, without actually providing some tension, then it's possible they could be vibrating against the core support and squeaking. At least I suspect that's what he's talking about.

    They said it was the rubber supports mis adjusted.

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
    my rear leafs squeak like a bitch... so I just turn up the radio louder ;)
