Recently got a 2015 and the driver and passenger side window run seals (the rubber that surrounds the windows) is squeaking and creaking like crazy. The slightest bumps or movements and they squeak and creak.

I’ve tried lathering the insides of them where they touch the metal frame with synthetic grease and have cleaned and sprayed the inside tracks with silicone lube spray but if anything the problems even worse. The rubber on mine look pretty new so I’m wondering if they are aftermarket and I should try get new OEM ones. Should there be any adhesive on the inside or do they just get stretched and fitted on? Mine doesn’t seem to have any adhesive. They squeak and creak even when the windows rolled down, though it’s worse when they’re up. Has anyone had this issue?

Bump. Would love to confirm anyone else has encountered this before dropping $ on new windows run seals.
