Are you sure it is the leaf springs? Make sure the Center Pins are tight, and that the u-bolts are torqued down properly.

The factory rubber disks solved my non-tsb leaf squeaking.

It took me about 15 minutes using the stock jack, a big screwdriver (to get the leaves apart) and a cheap HF pry bar (to spread the leaves further.) Not hard at all.

Finally blew the motor at 230,000, sprung for a Jasper with 100,000/3 year warranty. The birdpig has a new set of wings! OME heavy load lift kit, Dakar leafs w/AAL, frame mounted energy suspension 4.5" bumpstops, 882 coils, nitrocharger sport shocks, trail gear sliders, addicted offroad front bumper, KC 130w daylighters, Warn M8000, 31" BFG KM2's, custom dents and Nevada pinstripes.
I've gotten the squeak with all 3 of my sets of OME Dakars. I've read a lot of great ideas. One of the best and probably the one that will last the longest is to take the leaf pack apart and paint it with graphite powder mixed with paint. Too much work for me, but it inspired my solution, which seems to last for about 6 months. I high lift my rear till the axle is at full droop and the leafs are spread out (safety first, or second, since using jack stands would be safety first, put it in 4 low, in reverse, and block the front wheels front and back),pressure wash between the leafs and in the shackles. Let it dry and blow it out with a compressor. Get a bunch of spray cans of dry film graphite powder lube with the little plastic straw and spray it between the leafs and all over the shackles. Let it dry and do it again. Let it all dry before you drop the jack. Silent for months and none of the dirt grit and sludge buildup that you get with grease and oil-based lubricants. I love that dry graphite powder lube. I use it on my winch fairlead, all over my mt bike, and spray it in the keyholes on my doors, camper shell, ski racks, and bike locks. Repels water, ice, and dirt. Cheap too. Napa dry film graphite lube #1413. Make sure not to get #1412. The can looks the same but it's "wet film graphite lube". Wet = a bunch of grime stuck to your shit.

Have you tried the EPDM strip fix for squeaky Dakars in the Squeaky Dakar thread ?
