Squeaky noise from engine bay as soon as I start truck

    Are you suggesting that Toyota has replaced more fuel pumps than serpentine belts, which are a common wear item?

    The reality is that we know very little about OP's situation and we're all just suggesting common issues that could sound like chirping or squealing.

    Based on OP's description and mileage, I'm fairly confident it's a belt, but of course I could be wrong. However, I'd start with simple items before I would start getting worked up over more complex systems.
