Seemed like more effort and line bending at the time. Not so sure about that any more. I also have a ton of wiring running through that corner of the firewall and didn't want more clutter there.

Also, I doubt I'll be adjusting it very often, if at all, after getting it dialed.

yea no doubt on the adjustment.

I need to rebleed my brakes again. We did the rears after you left. But the pedal isn't as it was. I did notice the rear's working good now though. Nice little mod.

Forgot you had the bluesea mess up there for wiring. Shame. But understandable.

Cool. but don't be lazy and put it in the engine bay next to the booster. Don't make excuses about wiring in the way. You'll be happy you did. Easier to watch for leaks and away from getting hit by rocks flying when mobbing with me :D oh wait is your charcoal canister there too.... hummm maybe where you have it will be better.

The factory LSPV was there for 268k miles and was fine. I think this thing will manage.

And yes, still have the charcoal canister under the hood in '01.

And I have a clutch master cylinder that you don't have right there.

That being said, Old Brett got his mounted there just fine. Just seemed like a bit of a hassle to get it in that location.

Off topic but do you mind me asking how much a tank of 25/75 costs you to refill? What size of bottle also?

I'm not the right one to ask, pricing isn't exactly competitive up here. I have an 80CF bottle, been happy with that size for my hobby/weekend use.

@thefatkid ever seen that before? Any suggestions on fixing it?

    I had a similar reaction....

A small handful of select mods.
Ceremonial burning of the entire truck is all you can do to fix that.

Right on an overlap of two pieces. Can't just plate over it, but will look into my options.

Funny, I was just thinking it is time for the 5 gallons of diesel and a match mod.

No no. Grind the old seam down. Reweld it. Grind it again and plate over it should be able to plate part of it though.

I get what you're saying about grinding and rewelding the joint. I'm just saying its a lap joint with like 1/8" difference in height between the two pieces. Can't just lay a flat piece of plate over it.

    That's the front frame crossmember.

    I'll try that...
