true, that procedure would not be worth it. Did any of your previous trucks have this squeak?

Before this I had a 1988 Nissan Hard body and an '02 Ford Superduty, and I never took them off road or anything, so the leafs didn't squeak. My leafs on the Tacoma were totally fine for the first 15,000 miles, and then I started wheeling. Wheeling is definitely tough on trucks and causes stuff to wear out faster.

I had went off roading and mine acted up too, and i would wash them, but it would only last 50 miles, even after getting them replaced, and drove to orlando and back (200mile round trip) they squeaked, never took it off roading just on the highway after replacement and made noise.

I'd like to know what dealership your going to. Mine wouldn't do squat for me.
    I'm in Vancouver, WA.
I had the hood separation that everyone seems to be experiencing on their 2016 non-scooped hoods.
It was a warranty issue and they denied me a loaner. That is until I called Toyota. WTF?
I asked them to check the transmission fluid level because it hesitates going from reverse to drive.
DENIED. They said it was normal. I documented it with Toyota. They said they would rather wait until there is an issue (I sure hope no one dies in an accident this might cause) before they would even consider checking the fluid level.
I insisted on a 7/100 warranty, if they are so confident in their vehicle. DENIED.
I really like my 2016 TRD OF SB. But if I am going to have problems with it, I'd better get them fixed by the dealer without hesitation and LIES.

I was also told by the dealer that I couldn't get the back bed rail. REALLY? See pic below
I got it off line in 5 days. Guess the Toyota dealership didn't want my money.

Needless to say, I'm not really happy with the customer service I have received from THIS dealership.

like your truck set up. note: my non-scoop hood doesn't have separation, so just be careful when you say "everyone" has these issues. Hope your problems eventually get addressed. Sounds like your dealer sucks. Luckily, mine has been wonderful and looked into tranny fluid at no cost (it was not low). I really don't have any tranny issues though.
