So today I replaced a bunch of different parts on my truck (2.7l). Thermostat, Water Pump, All 3 belts, Rad hose, Oil. I finished and took it out on test drive, and everything felt fine. However when I pulled in to my driveway, I heard a weird squealing sound.

I popped the hood and heard it coming from left side (passenger) side of the engine bay in the very front. near the furthest left belt. The squeal kept a constant pitch, and was fairly high. However I would hear a very distinct click sound, like a camera, and then the squeal would stop for awhile. and then return, click then stop, and return again. I could only hear the squeal while I was at Idle, however my muffler is fairly loud so it could happen while i was in gear too.

If anyone has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. It could very well be a part of my truck going out. She is just shy of 300,000 miles, and everything is stock in the engine bay besides what i replaced today.

Also one of the pulleys has a slight slight wobble to it. Im sure I just need to tighten the lock nut on it. But if it doesnt fix itself, how concerned should I be?

    I appreciate any help

The click sound could be the A/C compressor's clutch engaging and dis-engaging. I bet that belt is a bit loose, and slips a bit, when the clutch engages the compressor, and increases the load on the belt.
