I need help pin pointing where the squeal is coming from. When I am going down the road above 35 I press the gas about 1/4 and it makes a annoying squeal. As I press the gas harder it goes away. It has done it 3 nights coming home from work. I was thinking power steering belt/pump. Someone told me the flywheel. I don't know. Any help would be great.
    Thanks in advance.

are you manual or automatic? Sounds more like a belt either needs to be tightened slightly or needs replacing though.

I would be looking at the belt or belts; whatever your engine has. Certainly sounds like a loose or worn belt.

That's what I am hoping it is. Just figured I would ask for second opinions before I went and spent money. Thanks everyone. If you still have suggestions. Post em. Thanks

Pop the hood and grab all the belts. Should be able to move about a 1/2" either way.

Sounds like an alternator belt, mine does this from time to time especially if i go off-road hard. Pretty easy fix, its a 12mm tension bolt to tightin up mine.
