hey all my wife has a 2014 rav4 its got everything on it awd auto anyways when lifting the back hatch it makes a high pitched sqeek sound at the top of lift dealership has been asked to fix it twice now and no results. question can i just spray the thing with wd40 or teflonor any lube will it hurt the [ lifting shock looking thing on the back no idea what there called lol ] thx all go ducks
