squeeky clutch pedal

    just did a search, cause, like everyone else, my pedal squeaks now and again; i like the idea of the linear spring to bypass the OEM one with it's bushings

    but, yeah, the problem your describing is a different animal

    If/when you pull your pedal out (10 min job) reply back here and let me know if a groove was cut into your metal, due to the bushings being worn out. I'll bet money, if you truck has any age there is a groove. TTYL

    my bushings are actually in pretty good shape
    the previous owner may have had them done
    no plans on messing with it any time soon

    Ok, now i have a question hear... If the bushing is gone and you get the squeak, can you feel the squeak threw the clutch pedal and will it also sound like its coming from underneath the truck.

    My clutch pedal is making a squeak/grinding sound when i push it, but it sounds like its coming from the bell housing and when i have the windows down i can hear the squeak outside.
