Awesome OEM look Mud Flaps installed (Proven design products)... Thank God for the Tabs again... All Stainless hardware shot with some black rattle... Corners trimmed to be more contoured and natural looking for that OEM effect...

Made a replica Template as it was easier to hold in position to mark the holes..

Gonna fail safety if your tires are a different size than what's on your recon

You're probably fine. Your inspection place doesn't check too close right?

Let us know how that goes, I up sized my tires also. Not quite like your's, but need to update my recon. My safety inspection is due in November, so got a little time yet. Flaps look good, are you going to keep them on?

Third time I've been to recon. 2 tire changes and no issues. The size doesn't matter, but the coverage over them could.. hence the 2" extra coverage with the new flares

When you update tire size at recon, do you need to get a alignment done prior to the update?

No...The initial alignment that you got and presented the first time is fine. If you upgraded the suspension components then perhaps, but tires only...No

Perfect, sound like they are more practical this day's. Back in the day, i installed a lift on my Chevy Luv. They wrote me up for a bad wiper and a missing clutch pedal pad. Could have been a lot worse.

Did you ever think about painting the front bumper portion, below your winch fairlead, black like the skids? I think that would look good.

Funny you should ask... Somewhere buried in my thread when I was getting ready to install and PC the bumper I did some photoshops depicting just that...lol I decided it looked cleaner all white. Heck...I already went against the grain by keeping the flares black by all you guys comments sayin keep'um black... Guess I can always change things later. Paint is an easy option...;)

Would look higher if the lower part of the bumper was black.

New Heims going in this weekend. Pretty sure the PFTE liners on the originals I bought second hand had some use, because they were squeaking bad.. Was to the point that even spraying them with Teflon wasn't doing any good..:( Replaced the Ball-joints last month, so mines as well complete the rebuild. Oh yeah...re-alignment to follow..:burp:

    They sure look pretty..:hungry:
