Been idle on TW. Figured I'd post some updates...

Front ICON shocks rebuild courtesy of HackmanCustoms: Rears done several months ago. Seals were gone!! That's approx 5 years and 60K miles before the rebuild.

Also had the Marlin Crawlers Cam re-enforcement kit installed by @deeezy ...

Did you even feel a difference with the seals being gone? Also I stole your tailgate idea about a year ago and wrapped mine in the black kryptek. I love it.

Actually, other than the seal blown I didn't feel any difference:laugh:. Although I haven't taken it off road with the seal blown. Too risky:D

    Rear-Bumper refresh!..
Decided to forgo a re-powder coating and save some cash. The old powder coating from 5 years of sun was looking like a bad skin disease, so I gave it a refresh. Used the "Steel-It" brand paint as suggested by @deeezy . I'm very happy with the results...

Looks awesome! Was the two cans enough to coat it a couple times?

Nice. The good thing about you using that to coat your bumper is that you can now easily touch up any areas that get damaged with a few light coats of leftover Steel-it.

How's that hood wrap holding up? I remember seeing it posted on your build a long time a go, and always loved the look. I have some rock chips on my hood, thinking about wrapping it in kryptek yeti like you.

Bro...It's holding up very well! I have a few rock chips in it from freeway debris, but other than that...still loving it. I might redo it with the same wrap to get rid of the abrasions. They're small, but I think a fresh cleaning and new wrap is in order. I got the Yeti wrap from "tacticalshit.com" btw...

Thanks Bro! That's great to hear. My only concern is since i have some pretty big chunks missing off my hood, I might need to sand it down to bare metal so there are no ridges showing through the wrap. Or get a cheap paint job then wrap it. Do you have any more pics of it?
