Yeah she sold her 3rd gen 4R and wanted a limited but all they had was a DGM or White TRD OR's, and momma got impatient and bit! Super capable rig but I'll admit I wasn't a fan for the first few months, I never understood why Toyota didn't do more to quiet the road noise in them it sounds like my old 89 Corolla inside, but now I'm used to it and is really nice ride

I go back and forth. I would have rather had a higher trim level if money wasn’t an object. But it is and I was able to upgrade my wheels and tires for the money I saved on the sr5 package. I wish I had the push button start and I do prefer the seat fabric in the TRD trims but until I hit the lottery there will be some sacrifices in my life. And, honestly, the sr5 isn’t much of a sacrifice. I feel pretty blessed.

I traded a 2017 4Runner sr5 Premium for my 2020 Tacoma. It was really nice. Loved the heated seats (softex) and I don’t use crawl control so it was perfect. I wish the Tacoma had a sr5 Premium trim mostly for the upgraded seats. Check it out when you look for your wife’s next rig.

So one of my fog lights went out, looking to either replace with better bulbs or entire new assemblies.

What is everyone else running in their SR5's?

My 4x2 SR5 was built and delivered as a fleet vehicle but the buyer backed out. I bought it as a daily driver and work truck, and I'm very pleased with it. I've not ever wanted a higher trim and the few things I've added for functionality are not on any trim lists.

The price difference from an SR5 to a Sport or Off Road is only around $1900, if they offered a Premium Trim it would probably cost close to that and you would still miss out on all the other upgrades.

Hey SR5 gang! Anyone know how to get color matched rear bumpers stock on an SR5 without opting for the tech package? It seems like it’s a rare sight but actually do-able. Here’s the only example of one I've seen:

I am quite satisfied with what the SR5 offers. I'm not into serious off-roading but this 4WD and V6 is capable if needed.
And give me keys or give me death - the idea of the push-button start is a big turn off for me.. so the SR5 works just fine.

Little of this, little of that.
Diode dynamics SS3 in amber for me. I recommend them highly, keep an eye on their page because they do sales a couple times a year. If you're using it for daily driver like me, I'd get the lowest power option. It's still super bright and it's not necessary to blind everyone else on the road lol.

Not that close in price for me, was $3500 out the door price difference for my 4x4 v6 SR5 2019 DC vs a 2019 TRD OR. Why I ended up with my SR5

I was going by the sticker price of the same configurations, but sometimes you can haggle more on the price on one or the other.

I have just about the same truck. I’m honestly waiting to go through the tires i got now, but i wanted to know what lift you have front and rear. And what offset you have on your wheels. I’m have stock black Matte wheels that in my option are nice just want to know offset. Oh and lmao did you have to cut anythink like body mount chop? Ive seen that’s needed for for fitting anything bigger than 33s
