Went to get the spare tire upgraded, and saw how they lowered it with a ''T'' crank tool. Where is this supposed to be located, and where do you get a spare, or how do you make one? It was about 3 feet long, with a T end that they used. Never saw one of these, have no idea if its hidden anywhere under the truck, doesn't seem to be in the cab.

Under the rear pop down seat, or storage compartment if you don't have a xtra cab.

I have an extra cab...and like Taco me elmo stated...it's in the compartment, under where the rear passenger side seat is. My "T-handle" came in a small black bag which held it in 3 pieces. And yeah, you put it through the small hole just above the top of the rear bumper...in the middle. I stuck mine through, then got underneath the truck and used my cell phone camera to guide it into the slot you place it in. Then turn until the spare hits the floor. Pull the spare "retainer" plate through the center of the spare...and roll it back up so it doesn't get hung up on anything. Good luck.
