SR5 Trailering

    This is my 6x12 trailer. Even with a 2" drop hitch, it still leans a little too far back.

    I also took off the trailer tires and put on car tires. Rides much smoother and the trailer tires only seemed to get about 10,000 miles before they wore bald.

    Nope, that's not correct. Most states don't, in fact most don't have any additional restrictions. Some have restrictions if you're towing a manufactured home, but I don't see any (could be wrong) that have any additional restrictions on small trailer. https://drivinglaws.aaa.com/tag/trailer-speed-limits/
