All research I've done tells me that regardless of model, the ride heights on Tacomas are the same (minus the pro version). However, I still feel like my SR5 rides considerably lower than my previous 2020 TRD Off Road model.

I know the offroad had a larger sized tire, but in my SR5 I always seem to feel like I'm looking eye to eye with small SUVs and minivans, more so than that slight tire difference would offer.

Does anyone feel this on their SR5, longbed model? I do plan to run upgrade tires soon, not sure if I'll go 265 75 16 or 265 70 16, but may do a 2 / 1 lift as well.

Just looking to see if anyone else noticed a ride height difference, and what their method of correcting may have been. Below are my SR5 longbed and previous off road.

The SR5 does look like it is sitting lower. Could also be the added weigh of the cap and steps.

This, it doesn’t take much to weigh these trucks down. My topper made a noticeable difference as soon as we set down on the bed sides.

Here's what 2" lift with 33" tires looks like (Sport vs Off Road). Making forging of water, much easier.

I got a sticker and some cool valve stem caps...
A buddy at work has a 22 SR5. When I bought my 23 OR we were surprised how much taller mine looked. It wasn't but maybe an inch or so, but overall it made a large visual difference to the trucks stance. Wheels and tires make the vehicle. Like @RIX TUX said... the parts that r different r the tires and shocks. The SR5 chin spoilers don't add to the height visually either.

Thanks for the info, I do plan to do a 5100 set up and some larger tires in the near future. I do appreciate the look of a slightly taller DCLB.
