So I'm trying to sell my Powertax no slip locker, never installed. I bought it for my 2006 SR5 (8.4" open diff). Anthoer member is interested in purchasing it for his 2007 TRD Sport. I know the sports have the 8.4 rear diff too, bit from what I've read, pre-2009 the sports had Limited slip diff. my question, would the 30 spline Powertax fit his truck?

I moded 1999 Taco so much it had turned to Land Cruiser
I am pretty sure Powertrax needs carrier so if 2007 guy removes his (LSD) than he will have to get another one to install powertrax into .
In open Diff its easy because all you do is remove internals of carrier and replace them with Powertrax.
When you have LSD your carrier is LSD so no way to get powertrax in it.
