    none
2002 tacoma, airbag light on, codes: b1100 and b0133

i assumed module and pretensioner needed reset so sent them off got e'm back and have same codes...

ive looked at every inch of wiring... both front impact sensors have a resistance of 0.822 since they read the same (again assuming) they are OK

ive located every yellow connector and inspected, add dielectric grease...

    no change

its a very clean unmolested old mans truck

I am lost, need to get a state patrol inspection and cant have no lights on

    As far as AB codes

great job isolating cause and installing affected parts

    but
The AB system needs to be reset
    2choices
Pay mechanic to use his computer
    Or
Able to reset yourself…. It takes some investigating and small amount of tear down
I just did this on a 2001 Subaru (RR’d clock spring)
There was a diagnosis port (hidden) up under the dash above to the right of clutch pedal. I followed the manual instructions, jumping 2 pins and working ingn key
I was AMAZED that it worked

bc of model years…..I bet it’s similar process

ok so... another day of finding nothing... I unplug the pass side from the control unit and still get the squib short to +b and a open code and a half plugged in code.

so would I be correct that there's a fault in the module?
if that pass harness isn't plugged in it shouldn't detect the short in squib right?

I sent it to safety restore for reset, spoke to them they say those aren't even hard codes that need reset... anyway I'm waiting for their response to see it they even test e'm after reset

    Unknown without appropriate Toy manual

if safety restore has module, they can reset
