I have been looking for this document and cannot find it posted so I am attaching it for those without knowledge that it exists.

This is what happened to me.

The dealer ordered the "kit" to fix it without me saying anything and then called me and said the part was in. I asked them if the kit consisted of a new unit since a newer 04/11/19 update (attached) on the recall said that the unit has to be replaced if the condition occurred and it has. They said they can't replace the the unit unless I came in and they checked for codes. I asked them then why did you order a part when you knew it had to be replaced. Why should I come in again for you to fix something when that is not the real fix, it has to be replaced.

    Recall notice:
"NOTE: If the condition has occurred, and replacement of the millimeter wave radar sensor is required, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) for applicable part number."

So I told them nevermind. It sounds like BS so they can make money to me. This is the place that ripped me off for $1200 for some interior and exterior coating that is just a scam. I asked for my money back when I found what they did. I have filed BBB complaint and a complaint with the .gov agency for things like this. I will never go to them again.

They keep calling me about the recall, I just tell them no.

Dude you're not getting a new sensor. If you want a new one that bad put a hose on it and let it run for a min of sixteen days and hope it fails. I've heard a rumor that even the new ones are shit too.
