@SouthernStyleOffRoad is willing to entertain a group buy for the slim line low profile bumpers if anyone is interested.

    They proposed the following offer:

    15% off at 10
    20% off at 20
25% off at 30 (free shipping included)

I think these bumpers give the taco a more aggressive look while also maintaining the stock look as much as possible. Would be great if more guys joined me so we can all get a good deal out of this, especially for folks like me who live north of the border. :)

Free shipping was if we hit over 30 bumpers. Just to clarify.

If something would come to fruition very shortly - I'd be interested.

The group by is over, but if you're still interested message us. We might have even have a garage sale bumper that could be shipped immediately.

Not sure where to post this (I looked). Apologies if this does not work here.

I have a problem w/ the install on my SSO Slimline Hybrid bumper. The SSO guys are under water right now, literally. So, I am reaching out to the knowledgeable folks at Tacomaworld.

The M12 nuts that come w/ the bumper seem a bit small for the holes (U-shaped cutouts) in the bumper brackets. Please take a look at the photo. The provided nuts are starting to slip through the holes/cutouts in the bumper bracket. One of the welded-on bolts on the end of frame rail is beginning to deform. The OEM nuts are supposed not to be sufficiently hardened for the SSO bumper.

So, what can I do about this? Big heavy washers? Larger nuts? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

Sent Matt a detailed email on 4 Sept. Followed up on 12 Sept. No response. I know these guys are slammed, so no gripe here. But it would be good to check in and confirm. I got two different specs for torque on the frame/bumper bolts. I added after, after market big "stainless steel" (Amazon) washers. Hope this works.

Was the email "Wonky m12 bolts"? We did reply to this Sept 3rd around 11am CST. After this, we never received an email back. Give us a call at (225) 726-7979 and we can see if we can help further.

    Hello,

I sent another email on 1 October but never got a reply. I was supposed to receive a replacement set of bolts. You also asked that I take some photos of the install, which I did and sent via the 1 October email. Please confirm receipt or let me know and I will try again.

LJ, sometimes our email server just DOES not work. Please email me personally at leesouthernstyleoffroad@gmail.com as we're not seeing your emails on our server which is 100% a server issue between our webhost and email server.

Three emails. No reply. No bolts (as promised two months ago). Nothing.

    Dear LJ,

I apologize as that email was not logged into on my phone so I never got the notification. I'll read your email and respond by today. It's not a email I use often, if ever at all to be honest and was offering a fix to a problem then walked out into the shop and forgot about my PM to you. I'll get your new bolts out tomorrow as promised.
