I can't seem to find the torque specs for the upper and lower control arms on my 95 tacoma. Aslo need the torque specs for my rack and pinion. Any help would be awesome!

This is out of my 2000 FSM:

Tier Rod Ends: 59 ft lb
Lower Ball Joint: 103 ft lb
    Lower A-Arm: 96 ft lb
No 1 & No 2 Spring Bumpers: 17 ft lb
Upper Ball Joint: 80 ft lb
    Upper A-Arm: 87 ft lb
ABS Sensor Clamp: 17 Inch lbs

what part of the rack and pinion?

The Tie Rod ends are listed above. Are you looking for the mounting points for the rack itself?

    You are welcome.
I have the manuals off that site, but couldn't find the link again. I ponied up for the printed FSM when I rebuilt my 2.7L.
