what do you think sells MMA so much. guys groping each other or knockouts and tapouts? no one wants to see a decision. like i said, if you want jiu jitsu, have daddy pay for a better sattelite dish and get some brazilian channels showing jiu jitsu world tournaments. im in the majority in what i want to see when i pay for MMA. seriously conversing with you is like talking to a dead monkey.

another retard. apparently you cant read either. i doubt youll get it either but here goes, my shortened version. no one wants to see a stalemate on the floor. no one wants to see a match go 5 rounds with both fighters too scared to do anything and leaving it up to the judges. no one wants to see a guy on full mount not advancing the fight. and the guy on the bottom not trying to counter. i want to see tapouts , knockouts and fight advancement. if the ufc catered to you guys, they'd go broke reeeeaaaal fast. dana white wants excitement in his fights. why do you think he was reluctant to give machida a title fight????

I was not impressed by GSP's preform-ace:) he did no major damage to hardy while on the ground and couldn't pull off a sub on a kick boxer. He is a real good wrestler posibly the best in mma, but to me he's way over rated.

at risk of being called gay, i think MMA appeals to so many people because some like knockouts and some like the jiu jitsu and wrestling. where i come from, wrestling is incredibly popular (although i don't particularly like it) and a good number of MMA fighters start there. I do like a KO and spend a lot of time watching K-1 and boxing because i like standup. But, as I study more martial arts (in practice not just theory), I have developed a greater appreciation for the ground games because they are incredibly technical. But don't get me wrong, i'd rather see a great KO...it's just a little more exciting to me...but that's an OPINION.

Hardy talked too much shit and training with Matt Serra made me hate him even more. He did show a lot of heart though and I'm not sure why GSP let up when he could have easily broken Hardy's arm.

There was no doubt that Hardy was going to get outclassed in the wrestling department and GSP had a great game plan....minus the finishing the fight part.
