I have a stage 3 Icons. My passenger shock leaked because my fittings were lose. (Fittings connected to shock to hose then reservoir) my question is can I put shock oil without taking it apart completely? I would like to avoid having it sent it to be rebuild! It's my daily driver. I want to avoid down time!any thoughts? It leaked out maybe 1/4 of a cup.... bummer this kit only had less then 300 miles on it

If there's a fitting... there's a way to get oil in there. NOT expert here, just using seat of pants common sense.

Hopefully someone with experience with rebuild will chime in shortly...can't be the first time anyone forgot to tighten down the fittings.

This is something the manufacturer can probably help you with?

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
You must recharge the nitrogen and replace or reseat the seals. Yes it will have to come off. Not hard, but understand your pain. If it is just from the reservoir then you could just tighten the fitting and then take it to a Polaris Dealer, they recharge the same way with their nitrogen shocks. 200psi is what you want. Will cost about $20, but the coilover has to come off.

Thanks @zippsub9!! Actually sorry I forgot to mention. It's not my front shocks...It's my rear.

No worries, you have a lot of extra oil in the reservoir. Not sure how much you are already down, but just tighten the fitting. The nitrogen sits on top of the piston may not have leaked at all, but piece of mind for $20 knowing you are straight on your Nitrogen pressure would be worth it to me. Rebuilding the remote resi shocks is easier than smooth bodies, but if you don't have the oil and tools on hand then you gotta send them back or have someone local do it. Icon may help you out since they are new and in that case just throw your stock rears back on in the meanwhile.
