    Had tons on the Taco's.... new truck is pretty stock
    Just use a small carpet cleaner and clean all the seats; vacuum them very well first. Looks to me like dust within the seat got pulled to the surface from the water and left a stain so if you clean the one seat, its going to look different than the rest.

    you can go for carpet cleaners for help because those guys will try to get it cleaned professionally.
