I just finished my Satoshi grille mod, eyelids and color match. I think it looks awesome! I am using a piece of perforated stainless steel for the grille. Got it from a local sheet metal shop, $50 for the metal and the water jet cutout. I was planning on painting it black but when I got it from the shop thought the stainless look pretty good too. Let me know what you think..... Black or Stainless?

My next step is to install Hella 500's behind the grille and replace the emblem with old Land Cruiser style. I'm thinking that the grille may block too much of the light so I may have 6" cutouts done to expose the Hella's. Any ideas on this?

Not sure...could go either way since you have mix of chrome and black trim. Better ask the truck what it wants because it already looks mad about something, lol.

I think black would look better since it would match the triangles and the lower grille, but stainless looks cool too and it's different, unique.

Looks good. I vote black but my only concern with that grill is airflow issues. Don't have a closeup but it seems to be tightly meshed. Keep an eye on your temp gauge.
