Unfortunately the beds of the Tacomas will not be able to sustain such a top heavy load with the metal pockets you have pictured. A while back I made a frame out of 2x2 12ga square tubing that ran the length of the bed plus extended it out with the dropped tailgate. The arms ran approximately 1 foot above the cab for the height. I made it this way to be removeable plus I did not want to drill any holes in my existing bed and secured the whole thing via the tie downs in the corners. I guess short of removing the bed and installing an industrial type flat bed with the pockets on it you may be limited, the posted picture is upside down but it gives you an idea of my inspiration.

This is not my truck but it gives you an idea on a route you may consider.

If you want to do this run angle iron the length of the bed without taking the time to measure 3"x3"x1/8" a guess attach your pockets to the angle
