I feel ya. I just got lots of options on my table right now and I'm not sure which the best route to go is

I could get a full time job here at home at this plant and just quit chasing money. Would like like $60-$70k basically with insurance and benefits. That'd be it tho really. Like would be with them for life and would have to stay in bum fuck Egypt

Or stay a road dog and chase outages/turnarounds and have the possibility to make $90-$100k but then again could hit a slow year and only make $50-60k.

Orrrr I could try to start doing work as independent and just rig out my own truck and try to do that which rig pay is usually $70-$100/hr depending on the situation

Not sure if I wanna do new construction or turnarounds

Could work at the home plant and then just do side work on The Weeknd's for extra money but not sure if I'd wanna work THAT much and have no time off basically

Idk man lol. Getting more connections and getting more options is starting to make this stuff difficult

Like @SMKYTXN hooked me up with some work for a guy that already offered me a full time job in Houston too I could take if I ever wanted to.

Just not sure which path is the right path, the lazy path, and the risk<reward oath.
