Shit. I wouldn't. PITA to get in there and it makes troubleshooting a bigger PITA. Recommend a patch harness %100.

No patch, wiring is easy for me. Just need to know if anything is different than what the aem schematics are.

Not really. The big items are selecting the right 12V feed and the resistor for the cam (or is it crank?) position sensor. Remind me tonight, Ill have to dig up my notes.

Would still recommend a patch harness, ~$200 from URD. So easy to switch back to stock if you need to trouble shoot an engine light. If your AEM fails, you can't drive until you get a new one. If you wire it incorrectly, its another PITA to shift through the wires under the dash. And of course, I don't feel good about cutting up the stock wire harness.

Please do, what size resistor to exactly where? Does it say on the aem website?

    And thank you.....

Ill have to look it up tonight. AEM isnt very helpful. Allegedly its addressed in the forums but I never found it. Lots of info on Customtacos.com (where I got all my help). I have a few Q&A threads on there you can sift through.

Do you know where I can get the pin layout for my 98 ecu?

They sell mushrooms at the grocery store. Probably better than gutter grown.

Yeah. I'd leave that one alone too.

Not really. I can get some next week. Family in town so spending time at Yorktown for the 4th.

I used the CX piping and just resized it but I like the way j0shu4's came out. Much better looking IMO. Also, I don't think a winch will fit with my setup.

Trying to figure out how you two did it. Not sure I can fit one at all. If not then I'm just gonna grab a blower before the price on them explodes to hold me over till motor swap

Probably your best bet is to mount one behind the grill. Might have to take out the AC hard lines/replace them with steel braided lines.
