Yeah Gadget's personal help has been known to be quite lacking... even if you do buy URD goodies.
From what I hear, the bigger the injectors are, the harder they are to tune in closed loop, but it's not impossible, and at least you'll know you're getting your money's worth in labor costs lol

Yeah he's not big on the customer service. But he loves to show off to fellow "professionals." If your tuner calls he may get more than he bargained for. A local dyno shop here used to call him for questions on a 1st gen they did.

No tune yet. 3rd child on the way and had to buy a van. I can say it pulls very nice at about .5lbs of boost.

Haha! I try to keep the boost gauge under 0 until it's tuned...

You can have free boost right now with a 4 psi WG spring. with the FPR hooked up to a boost ref, the stock fueling will easily keep up with 4-6 PSI @ 11-12 AFR

I have the 255LPH fuel pump but would rather not try it without a good tune. I really like how it drives though. 5VZ has good low end power but it flatlines when trying to merge onto the highway. The turbo starts to spool at the appropriate time giving a very smooth acceleration.
What? I don't like taking changes. Not interested in blowing a motor at this point.

Cmon, you can twist that manual boost control up a wee bit? Dudes are running 17psi on stock internals. I think you would be super fine at 4.....you will get a lot of pull at 4 too!
