yea the FIC sounds like its staying on all the time. It should be wiring to an ignition power source. Not constant.

Its wired to the ignition source; verified. I checked for current with the truck off and got none :notsure:

I have it disconnected now and will see if the "air bag" dash light comes on.

F-in thing is driving me in circles. I think the ground is from some of the wires we didnt connect grounding out. I still have a few that need to be connected or capped off...

Fuel pump installed with minimum drama (unless you call Brent lying under the tank for about 15min while I figure out how all the connections/hoses to be removed.... and about a cup or two of gas I shot out of my feed line when it came off during initial testing....).

Also installed the URD fueler and injectors, still need to tap the fuel line and hook up the injector wires. I was in a hurry and didnt take many pics.

Special thanks to Ron and Brent for the help. Ron for the intake manifold and Brent for helping with the gas tank.

Also, another thanks to Ron. I purchased the intake manifold from him a while back. I polished the runners and ground down the casting mold marks. Im sure the power gain is slim to nil but my butt dyno disagrees (though it could also be the glorified URD intake manifold spacer).

Are you going to just tee off the fuel line right below and left of the brake master cylinder or are you going to get that URD adapter to get fuel to the extra injectors? Took me about 3 minutes to cut the stock line and tee it off :)

Just going to T it off. Not sure what the URD adapter is but Gadget just recommended the T fitting :notsure:. I kind of want a fuel pressure gauge but not sure how...

Bad news first. Think the AME FIC unit is bad. Keeps giving a ground and killing the battery. $90 for out of warranty work :(. Im going the check the circuit board tonight for anything obvious and easy to fix.

Today got some wire loom to make everything pretty:

When you install the URD Port Fueler, you need to raise your throttle wire bracket for your transmission throttle cable (if you have one). I used some washers for a temp fix. Thanks to Ron, I now have a new bracket:

Overall install was mild. No instructions were provided but it was pretty easy to figure out. You have to cut your grill at the ends though. Measure twice, cut once.
