Was just on their page. I'm between them and Ramy Built. Ramy B did my exhaust and the guy there is familiar with the AEM FIC.

So at what rpm does boost start to build and what rpm to you get max boost? Your using the turbo that came with the cx racing kit right?

I opted for a their smallest turbo that still fit the kit (without mods). I can't remember the specs. I don't boost yet, trying not to blow a rod. At about 2500 rpms and a heavy throttle (not full), the boost gauge reads "0". I accidently hit the gas a little too hard pulling into traffic from a stop and the boost came on pretty quick, spun some tires. Its not instant but lags isn't bad. What I like about it is I can drive the truck pretty much like it was stock until I need the extra power.

Throw a rod? What is your your wastegate set at? I have run 8psi or so with just the free fmu hooked up and the front O2 sensor unplugged. It keeps afr readings pretty decent under boost to an extent.

FIC. MAPECU is a better piggyback for this truck I think but the FIC was a lot cheaper. I don't think the MAPECU3 can tune injector pulse width but it is able to advance timing where as the FIC can only retard.

Cheaper than $500? Madtaco runs a mapecu3 and thats who suggested it to me, i had originally planned to go full ecu with a megasquirt3 but he and tor said that i wont need that much if im stayin under 9 psi and i dont ideally plan on internal upgrades so thats why i settled on this.

What do you mean? I put a check valve on the rear vent for air to only go in. The PCV is a check valve that only lets air out. The catch can is just vented.
