Just picked these up for $150... Now I need to fit them to the Toyota rails and install the seatbelt on them. Not sure how that will work.

    Runs great :D (better than yours :D :D :D)

I haven't found the time for the tune. There is a shop about an hour from me but I'll have to take a day off work to get it done. Don't have many hours to spare. Just can't make the time right now... What I'll probably end up doing is front loading a bunch of hours one week to take a day of the next.

Seats are from a Dodge Charger. I'll need to mock something up for the buckles as these seats never had any so no bracket or anything to attach. I have some Corbeau seat brackets but for some reason they didn't have a seat belt buckle bracket either. Weird. Will have to mock something up.

Those sure look more comfortable than the stock seats, looking forward to seeing those in.

And being 6'5'', hopefully I'll sit a little lower and not have to slouch over the wheel.

I'll grab that while I'm in powell this weekend. Snow will hopefully have died off a bit.

So these seats are a PITD. I thought I had it figured out but apparently the back of the seat were mounted via the brackets welded to the slides. I was hopping I could do this without messing with the brackets.

    20170203_175823_zpsvyqwuoov_8849da0cfbc87f2eafa923fd86dd9e8abce3b693.jpg

Issue is these have to be supported pretty robustly; only one bolt on each bracket attaches to the bottom seat so I had to drill holes in the metal brackets of the seat and used the sheet metal to provide a little more support. This was about %99 of the PITD so didn't get any pics; maybe when I do the driver seat if anyone cares.

Success, adapters done and new slides mounted.

Next issue was the seatbelt. Stock belt and bolt where I wanted to mount it didn't match

    20170203_161256_zpsuddryygl_e507f47ded93704f5518dc230d75cd5664e3c142.jpg

Easy fix. Used some perfectly sized washers to fill the hole.

    20170203_161316_zpsj1rnwqba_b13e35b48bc7c8fb5f8a55de0f6081bdf949ea10.jpg

In! Unfortunately not quite as low as I wanted them... Might have to do some mods on the driver side but not sure how that will work yet.

    20170203_160424_zpsfhvtr3as_156d7ae8746dc0a7dcb97fc93cf634dbb5c34615.jpg

    So of a bitch...

Not sure what to do with that last mount bolt. Its ok if someone is sitting but it's a bit wobbly with no weight on it...

Yes, so if I cut it and re-weld sideways it MIGHT work but I think I need to add in a spacer to move the bracket a bit closer to the mount.

Def not. About %95 committed to drilling a new hole in the floor. Just not sure how I'm going to keep it sealed.
