Makes sense. I'm not a huge fan of night wheeling but I find my projectors plenty adequate for just gallivanting down some dark roads.

I'm not really either, actually. I just watch enough desert racing to know what the pros use (roof mounted). Actually, the pros usually have a wall of lights, from the bumper to the roof.

I hate the fact that all the posers out there have roof mounted lights. Makes it harder to tell the posers form the real off-roaders, lol

A bunch of the same stuff everybody else has already done.
Thread revival. Anybody else out there running these headlight revolution projectors? I’m liking the looks of the black ones, they are completely bolt on, and for under $400 they are tempting.

I paid the $299 a month ago and just got around to getting them installed. I think they look great and so far have been a huge upgrade from my factory housings and upgraded halogen bulbs. I do have a couple of complaints though. Some of the wiring for the ballast and igniter assy are about 2 inches too short. The wiring for the passenger light side is about 6 inches too short and the wiring for the drivers side is about 18 inches too long. I have them installed and working, but I am going to spend a few hours extending the wires from the passenger light to the battery and then shorting the drivers side wires to the battery.
Would I buy them again? Probably, but I would take a little more time fixing the wiring issue before hand. I really like it that the set is complete and designed for HID use and not a retro fit for a halogen housing that I am piecing together. Some don't mind that, but I would rather someone else do all of the leg work for me. What I don't understand is why they didn't do this with LED's instead.

I bought these in July 2017 for $319.00. Bottom Line....they are a huge improvement over stock headlights. Like Jeremy says above, I had to do some cutting and splicing of the main harness to get a better fit.

The umbilicals from the bulbs to the ballasts are too short for our trucks. I made them work, but called their tech support, and they sent me umbilicals that were much longer (for free).

Several months ago, the drivers side headlight was intermittently working. I called their technical support and they sent me the replacement part (again for free).

I would absolutely recommend these headlights and this company. Pretty nice quality. Huge improvement. Excellent technical and customer support. Ask for the longer 12 inch umbilicals when you order them. Be ready for some minor customization of the main harness.

I can not find these anywhere. Stumbled on them from YouTube but can’t find them on their site. I’m guessing they are closed out but, does anyone know if I can find them still?

Seems as tho they've removed the complete assemblies from their site all together. All they offer for 1st gens is replacement bulbs... Maybe try calling them?

the original manufacturer, ACA, stopped making those headlight assemblies years ago. What was selling on other websites was likely new old stock. They probably finally sold all of them. You will be hard pressed to find them anymore.

    F*CK THESE HEADLIGHTS AND COMPANY!
I bought a 2nd pair after selling my 1st pair a while back.
The driver side is stuck on Highbeam, customer support is pure dogsh*t. And they sent me an high/low actuator after 2 weeks of back and forth.
Installed and had to splice some wires.
Now they wont even turn on.
    300$ and no "warranty".
Should have gone with builders on this site.
    Biggest regret this year. :frusty::frusty:

Its always best to think a bit more about spending your hard earn cash on something that is a 'rare' item.

Should be an easy fix. What kind of bulbs and ballasts do they run.

You don't want them. They're discontinued and replacement parts are hard to find.
