Starr Projector Headlights - anyone have these?

    The prebuilt projector retrofits are notoriously bad regardless of manufacturer. The light output is the same as the stock and even worse in most cases.

    To do it properly you need to buy the parts individually from somewhere like www.theretrofitsource.com and build them yourself. Several members on here build them like @LSC15.

    Yea, I thought about that, but wanted to see if there were any quality, pre-built units available. I don't have a problem tackling the build, but there's always that "time thing" that's involved in another project.

    I've heard nothing but problems with the prebuilt ones. They look nice but the light output is really bad.

    Yea, I looked at this pic of them that I posted, and the projector lens looks teeny-tiny, like 1-1/2" or something like that! Thought that was odd. I have a friend/customer in CA that does professional builds of custom headlights, so guess I will pick his brain.

    Thanks for the input!
