    You can find a used bed or fix the bed you have. I have a PDR (paintless dent remover) guy who could probably fix that to a "very good" status. Subjective, I know.

    The rust above the windshield is the problem. That's going to be expensive and not worth fixing.

    www.paintscratch.com has all kinds of rattle-can options too.

    Keep in mind, I just paid 8600 for a 99 4x4 Xtra 5spd V6 with 128,000 in excellent condition, except the tires are shot. They made 1,000,000 of these Tacomas down here in the Bay Area (fremont, ca). Loads of them made it to Oregon, I'm sure.
