if anything the streetacos cb drop kit would make the flex worse as it creates a bigger lever arm.

The flex is caused by the sideloading of that u joint if it has any angle on it. Spacing it down gets that angle closer or at 0 reducing said sideloading which causes the osculation.

By side loading do you mean shafts at the joint spin and move it side to side?

I have an 05 ac 4x4 that has this shutter. On my truck its almost like a banging. It mainly happens on hard take offs when I'm on an incline.
Seemed to start last year after my frame replacement but could have been after my driveshaft replacement (Toyota part) in the summer.
My springs have flattened out and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. Waiting for NJ recall on springs.
Truck has 2" spacer lift in front and 1" blocks rear.

I just installed 1" rear blocks and now I have a stutter at take off . Maybe the CB drop needs doing ?

I did the CB flip about about a month ago.
No problems since the flip only takes about 5-10 mins
Have this posted in another thread will try to find it

had a shutter on my 15' with a Icon set up. shutter would happen at 10-25 and was pretty noticeable. i installed a center bearing spacer kit and 1.75" (i think that was the size) shims on my rear dakar's and the shutter allmost went completely away. i still feel something there so im not gonna say it fixed it completely but im satisfied with it. i feel it now only from about 5-10 mph. not a huge enough deal for me to worry about. i think every truck is gonna be differant so this might be a trial and error situation trying to track it down.
