Start up sound

Hi everyone. I’ve used the forum for a few years to troubleshoot my truck. Finally joined as I have a new development that some of you may have come across before.

On start up I will occasionally here a subtle chugging sound. It doesn’t present every time, seems more common around 0-5 C (32-40 F), and never lasts very long. You can hear it at the 4 second mark in the video.

I’m thinking it’s the fuel injectors or throttle body, but those are just shots in the dark. Ideas?

No video posted, but does it happen after you start to drive? The ABS unit will run a self test when you first start driving, after you initially start your truck.

No, the sound is a few seconds on start up and is gone by the time I start driving.

Sounds like timing chain rattle to me.
