Starter relay problem , not starting

So I drove 130 miles today and stopped off at the store before i went home once I came out and turned the key dash lit up as normal but no activity from the starter . Like it was not in park. After messing with it for a while and checking fuses I jumped out lugs 3&5 on the starter relay turned key and it started up . I swapped horn relay into it still no good … Im not very good at electrical diagnosis any help or ideas would be great thanks a lot
