Never heard of it. Would this be another play off of Crossfit, or p90x?

Yeah same concept as crossfit and p90x, with more emphasis on cardio and plyo type workout. Works really well if ur in your leaning/shredding phase. Ive been on it for 3 weeks now. Really good stuff. No weights or equipment is its main appeal.

I plan to do this for 2 cycles, then go to p90x again to buildup a lil more mass. Then hit heavy weights.

I recommend. Stay dedicated and work thru the hurt of the next day, it gets easier.

Holy shit, when did you start seeing a change? Its my fourth day and i can say the workouts go by a lot faster and my muscles arent getting nearly as sore the next day, but my heart is always at 190 bpm, and sweatin bullets, i love this workout and as a cool down the bike ride helps a lot instead of stopping to go sit on a couch and then cramp up:D

Its really not hard of working out as its simple exercises just many reps increase in speed as you go along, you should try it and make your GF proud and happy
