Starting Problem

Hi, I am new on here, and asking this question for wifes mom and dad. They have a 2002 tundra, and I just replaced the battery. Now when I turn they key, I have all interior and dash lights, but when I turn the key, there is no click or any type of starting sound.. I checked the fuses,all seem good, buy havent checked the relays. Could there be something in the security system thats preventing the truck from starting? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Why did you replace the battery? Were you trying to fix this problem or some other?

 

this is in-laws vehicle, and battery was weak. had it tested,and was down to 200 cca, so replaced. As to whether the vehicle tried to start with other battery, I am not sure. Its a project that I ended up with so to speak.
