    Aloha,

I have a 95’ Tacoma with an 03’ motor 2.7 4x4. When I turn key, it starts and dies 5 seconds later. When I try to give it gas, it hesitates, sounds like when I press gas can’t hear my intake pulling air into engine. After a week of sitting my new battery is dead. Don’t know what it could be I’m thinking engine harness? Any input would helpful at this point

    things I’ve changed:
    -Fuel pump/filter/injectors
    -Spark plugs/coil packs
    -maf/crankshaft/camshaft/throttle position sensors
    -new throttle body
    -All new vacuum lines
    -idle air control valve/PCV
    -starter relay/open circuit relay
    -fuses (engine bay/interior)
    -3 different ECU
    -clutch

Not sure, the previous owner did the motor swap and converted the original 95’ harness to a 03’ harness & OBD port doesn’t work. Replaced coolant temp sensor on the back of the engine. Still same. Just about everything sensor wise under the hood was switched out.
