Starts but doesn't stay running

What's good guys. I'm looking for some help on this particular fault I've been battling with my 2015 tacoma (v6) (120k miles). Any tips/advice would be much appreciated.

It all started when I was merging onto the highway and the car randomly shut off. I ended up pulling over to the side of the road, restarting the car, and then it drove fine after that for another month or so. The next incident happened one night when I went to start my car and it wouldn't start up. I ended up jumping it and then it drove just fine. I then replaced the battery the next week because it was old and corroded anyways. Another month goes by and I go to start my car in the morning and it starts but then dies after 10 seconds of running. I ended up cleaning the MAF sensor and then it drove fine for a couple of days but then ultimately went back to the same issue. I checked the fuses, could hear the fuel pump prime just fine, and there were no issues with the battery. It's also worth noting that I had the fuel pump replaced a few years back from the dealership so I was pretty confident the fuel pump was not the issue. I thought maybe I jacked up the MAF sensor from cleaning it so I replaced it with a new one and also replaced the spark plugs due to this being 120k typical maintenance. The car drove fine for another month until I accelerated coming out of a stoplight (I kinda floored it but not all the way) and then minutes after the engine seized while also causing the steering wheel to lock (but I was able to turn it with a lot of force) and then all the lights on the dash lit up. I pulled over and turned off the car and then restarted it and it stayed running for 5 seconds before dying. I restarted it again and then it drove for 2 miles before shutting off completely again (while I was driving). Now I can start the car but then it dies after a few seconds of running.

I'm thinking that this is either a bad alternator or fuel pump resistor. Is this something that typically happens with bad alternators? Looking forward to your input!

I'd try bypassing the fuel pump resistor and see if it continues to run.
Your symptoms sound kind of like a failing/failed resistor.

Seen a few bad fuel pump relays as well, cheap and easy to swap it and see if it changes. Do note it is a 5 pin relay.
