2015 Tacoma TRD SR6 and 2023 SR-TSS Off Road

I just purchased a 2023 SR Tacoma and also own a 2015 SR5 Tacoma. Both have the V 6. It seems that the new one spins the starter longer before starting. Just wondering what the deal is. Maybe advanced timing for better fuel mileage.

They are two different V6 engines. The 2015 is a 4.0L and the 3rd gen is a 3.5L
