Just a heads up to all- these guys have terrible customer service,
    I ordered a DNA header-

    DNA-HDSTTAC95V6+YP
from them -should have been suspicious of the price. Build quality decent, but design just wouldn't bolt up for beans20170904_145311.jpg contact between the wye pipe and the RH header bank
20170904_145327.jpgAlign ment of the wye pipe and the RH header flange- off by about 1-1/4". 20170904_145403.jpgMis alignment of same flange-
if you bolted it up as it sets the flange that the catalytic converter bolts to point almost exactly at the LR tire.
dry fit everything on the tailgate a couple weeks before installation- had to wait for new studs and O2 sensor gaskets and bolts. sent them an email- explained my suspicions as well as explaining that I was waiting for additional parts before attempting the installation- 2-1/2 hr drive to closest town, and it's Fairbanks so odds are they won't have what you need on hand. DPT sends boilerplate response, 2 weeks later I tear into it-worst fears realized, doesn't fit right I send these photos- not great pics for sure but there isn't a whole lot of space on a Taco. Bottom line no response from them after 4 attempts to contact. DNA tells me I have to go through DPT.
Ebay won't allow me to post feedback on the transaction.

I would steer away from both outfits which are still selling this crap.

Solution: found a TRD header got a decent price even with shipping- to Montana- shipping to Alaska would likely be as much as the header itself. I'll take it back up north along with the 85 parts rig and bust it out.

Well that's life in the colony..

Not sure what DNA and DPT are but non sympathetic ebay sellers strike a certain nerve with me. Good luck with your journey.

I just installed the same headers with the same issues but got mine from speed_daddy on ebay. I was able to grind some material off the y-pipe flange so it would turn more and line up with the right side header flange. The rest fit ok but I also had the luxury of installing these with the body off.

That's cheating:cheers:, haha... I would have done same if I had the option to take it out of service for that long (had to break out the backup- poor oil gulping 85, and even borrow a friend's F150 for a week). I suspect that might have helped to be sure, I was quite concerned about the contact between tubes as well. I suppose I could have gotten an 1/8 bend fabbed up down in Anchorage. Then it might have connected up with the cat and the Borla.
A bit too much fun in a gravel driveway with a lovely gentle rain falling. How is your clearance with the wiring on the LH side below the header?

    just as Toyota built her.
i just bought a dna header for my 2.7 from the same people $105 special. the gasket they sent was trashed from being folded up in the box for shipping and the flange was too small to bolt up to the cat and they welded the egr tube too close to the engine. still though a hour of metal work is well worth the cheep price. i sent them a message on ebay about all the problems i had but go figure i didnt get any reply.

Totally weird that random discount ebay sellers have crap products and crap service.

    Lesson learned I guess.

I've been fighting exhaust leaks with the DNA headers since day one. I'm surprised you even got a response from their customer support, they never got back to me.

I just ended up cutting it up for parts, shiny crap. Their customer service is a joke never give them a rating until it is on and functioning. Never buying anything from those fools.

i have experience with 3 of these headers on civics and a scion. all went on great and have been holding up for years. guess the more popular models got more r&d.

It could be that these headers were designed for vehicles in other countries that use the same or similar engine.
