well i mean if we're driving away as they come out there's no way in hell we're stopping but if they catch you in the act of trying to start it you're kinda screwed...

Sounds like your biggest constraint is time... What can you think of to distract the "guards" for long enough?

Hint: they are probably geeks/nerds; get creative

Ok, I've read most of this thread. I'm not 100% on the rules but it sounds like you need a MAJOR diversion.

Being a firefighter I love me some fun. Got an in at your local station? If not find a guy on duty and tell him what you got going on. Maybe they'd be willing show up in dress uniforms in a command truck or something for a quick 'inspection' as a diversion. Offer them some beer money while off duty. Worth a shot. I think hot chicks at your school would smell like diversion immediately.

That's a good idea... but I'm thinking the kid that said there's alarms in the house is just a dipshit and the only thing triggered is the car alarm. Soooo... I could call in the entire fire department OR just disable the horn so it doesn't wake all of them up...

I'd try to get an off duty guy in for some fun before I call in a false alarm...my .02, if that's what you're meaning.

    disabling the horn is BRILLIANT.

Go at the break of dawn, bust the grille out, cut the power to the horn, tow it out and drive away!

Also, I think we could still use a map and pic of said house the car is being kept at.

    Matt,

Next year if this goes on you need to take some photos of the area, give us some google maps, street views, areal photog the whole 9 so that we can set up where Chris4x4 will set the chopper down and where the ninjas can jump out at.

Seriously though, the info would help us decide a good route and outs for sintuations where you are busted.

Ok It's getting to the end of the game but any input you guys see that I can't is appreciated. I made some maps

This first one is the route between campus and the house... It's very close. The house is circled in red and the road to get there is also red. There's an alley marked in blue that will run all the way through and is how I've been driving back and forth for stealth. The next main road you see on the other side of the alley is a one way going towards campus.

    seniorcarmap1_7c73336120e65d965bfad677f408713f18b60474.jpg

This next one is an aerial view of the house. The same routes are marked in the same colors for orientation. The green box is around the lot where the car is parked when it's there.

    seniorcarmap2_a459ad321b97296e9560bd6682809ab8c1e979f9.jpg

Finally is a street view of the back of the house. The red box is around the windows they keep watch from and also throw shit from. The 2 blue boxes are doors. The green dots are motion activated security lights. There's another one around the corner of the building that is the farthest right of the 3 visible here. You can come up along the houses on the opposite side of the alley (hidden by the big bush) and crawl in behind the cars parked there to avoid tripping the lights but once your close to the car it's pretty much impossible.

    seniorcarmap3_10795944fb935568496307cbf4349f154803e813.jpg

This is how the car sits at night... they pull trucks right in front and behind it to totally block it in.

    seniorcarmap4_6dd38fc4d8ceb7167e22ffd02aef808b1ffe3061.jpg

I think if we just jack one of the trucks' rear ends up we can pull it away (assumind they didn't think to put them in 4X4) and escape parallel to the house (through the yard kinda, but I really don't give a shit at this point)

Anyway that's what I came up with... lemme know if y'all wanna see anything else.

No problem, just tell them an officer authorized it - you'll be fine ;)

Stink/smoke bombs make great distractions and can direct people elsewhere, perhaps out the other side while y'all take the car...

We'll see... I wanna go just get it to start once so when I get a split second I can just jump right in rather than have to mess around inside and get it to start then worry about moving the trucks. It wasn't even blocked in when I just drove by. They all say it's more fun when we steal it back and forth a lot so I think they're just kinda slowly letting us get it. I might go up there to try to get a little time in it tonight.

go to a big box lumber yard and buy some long synthetic rope. anchor their doors (if they swing in) to their cars as soon as you shoot out the lights with the pellet gun. anyone got paintball guns? rattle in the windows when they decide to throw shit out, a little cover fire so to speak.

Paintball guns or guns of any type don't go well on a college campus. I say just get a can of hair spray or DW-40 and a lighter. Stand under the windows and if someone comes near one give them a little fire show. Spray it away from the building obviously, but that should back them up.

If all else fails I say make you own way of disabling the starter, that way they can't drive it around and show off how you didn't steal it.

I gotta think now... the door on the left side of the picture swings out for sure, and I know the one on the right is actually a double door. I think they both swing in. And if we got those doors anchored and the front door they could easily hop out the first story windows so I think that's kinda wasted effort. I think my best bet is just being undetected until the car fires up and it's too late for them.

from you're drawing it looks like you would only have to move one truck to get the car out . . .

also, when in the early morning do the security lights become inactive?

If you can SAFELY move one truck out of the way AFTER the security lights have become inactive I'd say you're home free.
