    Greetings fans,
Not sure if any of you use the app LetGo but its pretty great for buying and selling locally.

Picked up a set of powder coated Stealth running boards today. Guy had “negotiable” listed for the price. When I asked what he was asking he said “make me an offer”. I just converted my office into a nursery and had a 2 year old 32” Samsung TV and bluray player I no longer needed. I offered that and he said sure.

Picked em up then He texted me after I got home with them saying he forgot to add the hardware. Partly my fault for not asking. Plus it was raining and I was trying to hurry outta there.

Dilemma is this. He offered to get them out my way (meeting halfway of a 45 minute drive) on Wednesday to give them to me OR I can just swing by Lowes tomorrow and grab some bolts, nuts, and washers.

Does anyone know the size of what the hardware would be? And dis anyone run loctite on their install?
    Many thanks.

I would get the hardware from the guy, you’ll need to find the right size metric screw with the right pitch at Lowe’s which will be awful if you don’t already have a comparison bolt

Bolt sizes for the running boards are M8x1.25x20mm Hex Bolts and M6 1.25x19mm Hex Bolts. You will need 12 of each, 24 total. I would use blue threadlocker. Ive enclosed a link to the factory OEM running board installation instructions that have the bolt sizes on them.
