I would suggest going with my 4.25" version. It is the most common size for your type of suspension setup.

Bump stops serve 2 main purposes.
    1. as you mentioned to stop the shock before bottoming out.
    2. to help prevent the Leaf Pack from De-arching. If you De-arch your Leaf Pack while flexing you'll ruin them.

Most guys running a shackle flip are also using the 4.25" version so most likely you will be good to go. I do make a taller version 5.25" that is used for special applications such as 14" shocks, Certain Shackle flip Kits, etc.

If you do end up needing to upgrade to the 5.25" version in the future after your shackle flip I will work with you on the price for sure.

Thanks. I really appreciate the response.

I was thinking that was the size I needed.

I'll order some front bumps, rears w/ flip this weekend.

Let me know if you have any kind of package deal or anything. If not no worries.

I look forward to hammering the crap out of your product.

    Thoughts on installing wheel spacers.

Anti seize on mounting surfaces, red lock tight, and toqure to factory specs??

The bump is mostly to protect the shocks. That's the key travel measurement.

We can set the lower tabs so you don't have to change the bumps. That how I did mine and @Redmann

    Everything TW members recommend
This is what I did. No problems so far.

Manufacturer recommends checking torque every time the wheel is off. i.e. tire rotation. I place a witness mark on the nuts so I can just eyeball if the nut moved.

Could be some rough RR track crossing on the way.

Yep and a little paint touch up since it's off.

I think I'll notch and drill a hole in my king resi mounts to install those side braces.

So when I hit IN winch spools line to the bottom of drum, and line rubs on bumper where tape is. image.jpg

    Not sure what to do?

    A. Leave it as is and just know my controls are reversed, IF the gears are equally strong in both directions ???

    B. Flip winch around. I think that would work. And would put my control box closer to the battery.

    C. Call tech support.

    @stairgod @HolyHandGrenade @Subway4X4

@Redmann didn't you have this same problem?

You spooled the line wrong. Take it off and redo it the other way. After you attach the nub on the end of the rope, it needs to go over the top and towards the back, with the length of the rope coming from under the drum.
