    Wrong winding direction.

Also there’s a cool doohickey that pins the line to the drum instead of the damn little screw.

Let me try to find it.

Hey James. Sorry for butting in uninvited ....
After flipping it over check if line isn't touching any other spots. There was a guy with red 3rd Gen (Jerry- I forgot his screen name) , his line snapped during installation at Mobtown. So if the line is touching anything else, maybe contact Joe for solutions :notsure:

Also, you might need a wide mouth hawse ....

Or, as they would say in Texas. You might need a wide mouth, Hoss

I'll try that, I'm not quite sure how that's going to let it spool to the top, yet.

Glad I'm testing it out like this. image.jpg

    Thanks guys your quick.

When you spool the rope, you want to have tension on it. Something like 1000lbs? I dunno, I just dragged someone's truck across a parking lot

I'm just doing it by hand for now to make sure everything is right. I'll use tension later.

I haven't checked the factory connections but mine are good. It may be designed to come off the bottom.

I'd bet money that he wired it right. If he didn't, then when he goes in, then rope would go in. Because it is wired right and the rope is wrong, when he pushes in, it goes out.

James - this is a cool way to fasten your line to the drum. The screw really sucks, and it can rub the rope the wrong way.
