Hey man, my message was to the OP. I think youre fired up a bit and need to take a step back. I honestly havent even read any of your replies.

If you see the quote below I told the OP I would test this in my garage a couple days ago and forgot. I'm just following up.

Word. It was unfortunate timing then that it happened to fall right after someone calling my input useless (then hilariously trying to backpedal out of it.) Carry on.

One of the two guys who told me their effort increased was @Jibbs . So he took offense to your original comment. I probably would have to.

That being said, I didn't start this thread to have a bunch of finger pointing and arguing so please let it go, guys.

There is alot of input from each person's individual experiences here and I appreciate all of it. Let's not shit on someone's point of view just because we may have had a different experience.

Yeah, I'm not getting nearly that deep into wheeling currently. Not gonna lie. Not even close. If the time comes, I will have to look at steering upgrades. As for now, I would be fine without it 99% of the time.

I think from the responses here I should be ok going to a larger tire without an arm workout to turn the wheel. Might just keep the wheels moderate, around -12mm offset or less poke. All of this is planning stages.

A bad or funky alignment can make steering really heavy. It can also do the opposite. I'm sure a lot of guys get lifts and bigger tires, and then get Firestone alignments that are total crap. I've experienced it myself.
