Need some help figuring out how to put a little "o ring" back in place.
Noticed a knocking noise when I turned the steering wheel today. Pulled back the carpet and narrowed the noise down to the rubber grommet that popped out of place. Don't want to deal with taking apart the column so need ideas on how people may have popped it back in place I've tried everything.

    Circled the rubber thing.

If possible you will need a fork shaped pry bar so you are pressing on sides 180 degrees apart. This will prevent it going in crooked.
